TERMS & CONDITIONS: BELI & MENANG 2.0

1. Organiser & Campaign Period

  • The BELI & MENANG 2.0 campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by TCE SPORTS SDN. BHD. (313811-M) (“Organiser”).
  • The Campaign shall start on 15 January 2026 and end on 15 June 2026, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).
  • Any entries received after the expiration of the Campaign Period shall be deemed invalid and will not be processed.

2. Eligibility

  • The Campaign is open to all Malaysian citizens and permanent residents aged 18 years and above as of the start date of the Campaign Period.
  • Employees of the Organiser, its affiliated companies, Seahawk dealers or authorised e-sellers, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Participate

  • Purchase Requirement:

    Participants will receive one (1) lucky draw entry for every RM50 spent on Seahawk, Team Seahawk, or any other brands distributed by the Organiser in a single receipt.

    Example: A purchase of RM100 = 2 lucky draw entries.

  • Eligible Sellers:

    Only receipts issued by Seahawk dealers and authorised e-sellers will be accepted. List of dealers: seahawkfishing.com/find-a-dealer/

  • Submission of Entries:

    Participants must submit their entries via the designated QR code or by accessing the official submission link and completing the registration.

  • Validity of Entries:

    Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, fraudulent, or contain incorrect details shall be automatically disqualified.

4. Prize Structure

  • The Campaign consists of special monthly lucky draws and a Grand Draw.
  • All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or other substitutes.

5. Winner Selection & Announcement (LIVE DRAW)

  • Winners will be selected through a LIVE lucky draw session on the official Team Seahawk Fishing Facebook page.
  • Attendance Requirement: Winners must be present as active viewers during the monthly and Grand live draw sessions.
  • Failure to respond or be present during the live announcement will result in instant forfeiture, and an alternative winner shall be selected.
  • There shall only be one winner per prize in each LIVE lucky draw.
  • The same winner is not allowed to win more than one prize during the LIVE lucky draw session.
  • In the event the same winner is drawn for a second prize, the first prize drawn shall be deemed the official prize, and a new winner will be selected for the subsequent prize.
  • All draws and winners from the monthly draws will be recollected, consolidated, and included again in the Grand Draw at the end of the Campaign.
  • Winners from the monthly draws will stand another chance to win the prizes from the Grand Draw.
  • Participants are strongly encouraged to follow the official Team Seahawk Fishing Facebook page for updates regarding draw dates and schedules.

6. Prize Redemption

  • Winners must confirm acceptance of their prize and furnish any identification or documentation requested by the Organiser.
  • Vehicle prizes are provided off-the-road. Any related costs or additional expenses, including those for other prizes, are the winners' responsibility. The Organiser reserves the right to designate the prize collection location.
  • The Organiser reserves the absolute right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent or higher value, should circumstances arise (including stock unavailability).

7. Publicity

  • By participating, participants grant the Organiser the irrevocable right to use their names, photographs, likenesses, and submitted materials for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes without further notice or compensation.

8. Liability & Responsibility

  • The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, accident, or death arising from participation in the Campaign or the use of any awarded prize.
  • The Organiser makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the quality, safety, or fitness for purpose of the prizes.

9. Rights of the Organiser

  • The Organiser reserves the right to:
    1. Disqualify any participant who tampers with or breaches these Terms & Conditions;
    2. Modify, suspend, or cancel the Campaign in the event of unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, or factors beyond its control;
    3. Make all final and binding decisions relating to the Campaign, which shall not be subject to appeal.

10. Personal Data Protection Notice

  • By participating, all participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
  • Participants consent to the Organiser’s collection, use, and processing of their personal data solely for the administration of this Campaign and for marketing or communication purposes related thereto, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
