Warranty Claim Procedure​

Please follow the instructions below when returning products for warranty repair :

Step 1: Register Your Warranty Online

Please register your warranty card online and fill in the required information truthfully. Ensure all information filled is active and valid* (These information will be used to contact you).

Step 2: Pack All Original Items

Pack your fishing reel as securely as possible with all of its original parts in the original box. Proof of purchase (receipt) must be submitted together with all original parts received in original box.

Step 4: Wait for Us to Contact You

We will notify you via text message (SMS) to you once we have received the product. After the cause of the problem has been diagnosed, we will contact you once again for further proceedings.

Important Notes:

*Incomplete or invalid information provided will cause warranty to be considered VOID and service charges will automatically be applied.
