How to Register

Selected Seahawk reels come with a 1 YEAR warranty*. Please register the product within 14 days from date of purchase.

* Warranty period will start from date of purchase.

How To Claim Warranty

Step 1: Register Your Warranty Online

Please make sure that you have already registered the warranty online and is approved. Register your warranty here.

Step 2: Pack All Original Items

Fill in and submit the warranty claim form here

Pack your fishing reel, receipt, and warranty card safely with all of its parts in the original packaging box or a box of your choice.

Bring to post office to mail to TCE SPORTS.

We will notify you via WhatsApp once we have received the product and discuss further steps.

*Incomplete or invalid information provided will cause warranty to be considered VOID and service charges will automatically be applied.

Terms and Conditions

The Limited Warranty is valid for residents in Malaysia that have purchased TCE Sports Sdn Bhd products sold by authorized dealers and e-sellers only. If you are outside of Malaysia, kindly contact your local Distributor/Dealer for assistance. Terms and Conditions may vary.

We will repair or replace, without charge, any Seahawk rods or reels (that come with a Warranty Card) purchased from Seahawk Authorised Resellers / E-sellers found to contain manufacturing defects in workmanship or materials for a period of One (1) Year from the date of purchase. The warranty is only valid for the original owner (First Purchaser) and is non-transferable.

Products purchased online without an authorized e-Seller ID (unauthorized e-Seller) will not be covered under warranty. These purchases will be subjected to parts, service and labour fee.

Once we have received the product from you, our service technician will carry out a thorough inspection to identify the issue. If cause is determined to be a manufacturing defect and is within warranty period, we will repair or replace the product and send it back to you at no extra charge.

If the problem is found to be caused by owner’s error ie. due to misuse, abuse, negligence, modification, normal wear and tear, or with parts missing, then the product is no longer eligible for warranty. In such cases, we will contact you (via contact information you provided) with a price estimate and payment request before starting any repair or service.

Replacements are subject to availability and TCE Sports Sdn. Bhd reserves the rights to replace the model with a different model of similar value if the model is no longer available. This limited warranty is not valid for reels that have been tempered with, modified, subjected to repair not authorised by TCE Sports Sdn. Bhd, abused or damaged by the owner’s failure to provide necessary and reasonable maintenance.

For purchases made from Lazada / Shopee that’s not recognised as our Authorized e-Sellers, warranty is considered void. Parts, servicing, and labour fees apply.

Warranty Claim Procedure​

Please follow the instructions below when returning products for warranty repair :

Step 1: Register Your Warranty Online

Please register your warranty card online and fill in the required information truthfully. Ensure all information filled is active and valid* (These information will be used to contact you).

Step 2: Pack All Original Items

Pack your fishing reel as securely as possible with all of its original parts in the original box. Proof of purchase (receipt) must be submitted together with all original parts received in original box.

Step 4: Wait for Us to Contact You

We will notify you via text message (SMS) to you once we have received the product. After the cause of the problem has been diagnosed, we will contact you once again for further proceedings.
